A quest for a better burger led  to us looking open our own burger joint. Tired of the same old fast food options and disappointed with the "gourmet" burger restaurants, Mark decided to make his own gourmet burger and make it truly gourmet.  

After experimenting with a blend of different ground beefs, we are finally satisfied with his unique blend of Filet Mignon, Ribeye, and Prime Rib to make the best burger ever. But, not to leave out his vegetarian friends, Mark was sure to include plenty of vegetarian options on his menu. 

After teaming up with local experienced Chefs we perfected the menu and experienced great success with The William Webb Ellis .com. Now, we are looking to open one in RUGBY the heart of the game of Rugby and a brilliant location in the centre of the U.K.. Look out for it soon.
